TOP 10 BOOKS ON MY TBR LIST THIS FALL/ON MY WISHLIST

Top 10 Tuesday is a meme by The Broke and the Bookish. OMW by Book Chick City.

Oops. Even my last TOP 10 TUESDAY was my TBR list.

But since the TBR list is so dynamic and ever-changing I got all new books at the top today!
This list also serves as a WISHLIST.
*cough*

So in no particular order HERE GOES!

1) Shatter Me By Tahereh Mafi

Do I even NEED to mention why this book is here?
Do I?
No.
GOOD.

Also I admit I am getting freakishly excited about the fact that her TOUCH IS LETHAL/POWER.
I would have used it on all the people who are terrible. I know a plenty of them. In my class most of them. Mean-spirited bullies and the likes.
Which means it's probably a good thing I am not all powerful or whatever. FOR THEM.

2)And then things fall apart by Arlaina Tibensky

The protagonist is obsessed with Sylvia Plath.
Know anyone else who is obsessed with her?

*stares unblinkingly at YOU*

DO YOU KNOW!?

My life may or may not have been saved by The Bell Jar.

3) The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand
My happiness knew no bound when someone told me about the Philosophy of Objectivism by Ayn Rand.
You hear that world?
I am not being selfish!
It's just rational self-interest!

I don't mind reading any of her book but this is the tiniest! :D

4) In Search of the Rose Notes by Emily Arsenault

Mystery. Suspense. AWESOME-NESS.

I wish someone would be KIND enough to surprise me with a copy of this book.
*HINT HINT*

5) Cryer's Cross By Lisa McMann
Small town mystery. Something paranormal.
Ooh LA LA.
It's my cup of coffee.
BECAUSE WHY SHOULD TEA HAVE ALL THE FUN!?

6)Nothing by Janne Teller

Nothing is the Lord of the Flies for the 21st century.

Why would I NOT want to read this book!?
A novel which bluntly shows that man is evil is something that could help me maintain my cynical self and never get to optimistic.

Because HEY like Spencer Hastings rightly said

WHY ENJOY TODAY WHEN YOU CAN WORRY ABOUT TOMORROW!?

Okay that is NOTHING to do with the book but I just wanted to quote her!

7) The Name of the Star (Shades of London #1) by Maureen Johnson

Maureen Johnson is RAD.
I hated Girl At Sea but her twitter feed is at times more entertaining than many of the popular YA novels.
Also JACK THE RIPPER!

8) The God of Small Things by Arundhati Roy

She is an Indian. I am an Indian.
She is a Man Booker Prize Winner.
I'll be a Man Booker Prize Winner.
As soon as someone teaches me punctuation i.e.
But a girl can dream.
Also it's supposed to be depressing. So that's right up my alley!

"Perhaps it's true that things can happen in a day. That a few dozen hours can affect the outcomes of whole lifetimes. And that when they do, those few dozen hours, like the salvaged remains of a burned house- the charred clock, the singed photograph, the scorched furniture- must be ressurected from the ruins and examined. Preserved. Accounted for."

I WANT TO WRITE LIKE THAT SOMEDAY!
